Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until a dough forms.
Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
