Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup melted coconut oil or vegan butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cane sugar
¼ cup plant-based milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in one bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, sugars, plant milk, and vanilla.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips
Chill the dough for 20 minutes for thicker cookies.
Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top for extra flavor.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
